Skype email guidelines

During my time at Skype, I've probably worked with at least 5 or 6 different email vendors. (Working with Office added another handful.) So as we started to update Skype's brand, we knew we'd have to be clear on the new design system. In addition, the updated design had to be consistent across all marketing channels.

We worked with our primary email vendor at the time to develop the below guidelines, which lasted us a few years (and a few vendors). It gave us an excellent foundation on how to build modular email best. When my team started to work on Office emails, we were ahead of the game.
